When you screenshot a chat conversation, the image is sent to our secure backend for AI context analysis. The image is processed in memory and permanently deleted after analysis. Screenshots are not stored or used for AI training.
Smoov may store an anonymous user identifier for entitlement tracking. No personal information is required.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store.
Smoov is not directed at children under 13. Age gate is implemented in-app.
